Experience
Platforms & Services Analyst
Supporting IT services across a hybrid environment of local data centres and Microsoft Azure. Responsible for implementing the IT roadmap, managing Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, MSSQL, IIS, and Windows Server, alongside enterprise storage solutions such as Veeam and Dell EMC PowerScale.
Senior Infrastructure Analyst
Managing diverse infrastructure elements across a geographically expansive organization, my experience extends to VMWare virtualization, Dell PowerScale (Isilon) storage, data centre maintenance, cloud operations (Azure) and on-premises solutions from prominent providers such as Microsoft, Dell, and HP.

Focusing on delivering and maintaining the specific systems needed to aid teaching and research across our various campus and research sites. My role included bridging the gap between academic requirements and technical delivery, ensuring incidents and problems were dealt with effectively.
